[Node] What is the expected behavior of the PSU fan?

The fan of the built-in power supply (PSU) will turn on as soon as the power is turned on and will then keep spinning at full power until the power is turned off again. It might start off slowly at first and then speed up over the next few seconds but once it's spinning, it does not change the speed and it will not stop even when the computers goes into sleep mode. To turn off the fan, it's necessary to manually turn off the power using the power switch on the Node.
