Linux Vendor Firmware Service (LVFS)
For those who are using our external storage solutions on Linux, Akitio is now part of the Linux Vendor Firmware Service. This service makes it easy to find and update the firmware for Akitio products when they are connected to a Linux system (e.g. Ubuntu 18.04 or Fedora 28).
The updates can be managed through clients such as fwupdmgr and GNOME Software.

Firmware Update on Ubuntu
- Open Ubuntu Software.
- Go to Updates.
- If an update is available, click Update to install the latest firmware.
Node

Node Lite
The Node Lite is a Thunderbolt 3 PCIe Box designed for half-length PCIe cards.
