As of October 3, 2019, the Node Lite with Intel® Optane™ SSD has been discontinued and this model is no longer being manufactured, sold or maintained.

The Node Lite with Intel® Optane™ SSD was a special red version of the Node Lite that came with a built-in Intel® Optane™ SSD delivering incredibly fast transfer rates up to 2600 MB/s over Thunderbolt 3.

The closest alternative is the OWC Mercury Helios 3S with 1.0TB OWC Accelsior 1M2.

Remarks
  • You can connect up to 6 Thunderbolt devices in total and plug in a 4K monitor to the built-in DisplayPort but to achieve the best data transfer rates for the SSD, we recommend connecting the Node Lite directly to the computer and not using any other devices in the daisy chain.
  • The DisplayPort does not support DP++. When using a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, make sure to use an active adapter.
