[MyCloud] What do I need to do after installing a new hard drive?

Before it's possible to store and share data, the drive has to be formatted for the network drive. For more details, see the Setup Guide on our Wiki.

Note
Setting the drive up for the MyCloud will erase all existing partitions and data on the drive. If this is not a new or blank drive, make sure you have a backup of your data in a different location first before you start the formatting process.
