[Thunder Dock] Can I connect the docking station to the computer using the eSATA, FireWire or USB interface?

No, the AKiTiO Thunder Dock has to be connected to the computer using the Thunderbolt cable! The other interfaces such as eSATA, FireWire and USB are for external data storage devices, not for the connection to the computer.
