[Node] Unable to see boot screen when monitor is connected to eGPU

Issue: When display cable is connected to eGPU (e.g. Node), POST Screen for Skull Canyon cannot be seen. Spamming F2 to get into BIOS will put user into POST-hang state. User must then hard power off to restart.

Solution: If user wants to change anything in BIOS, user must connect display to onboard HDMI, DisplayPort or USB (if USB connected monitor), then restart. OR if they’re just worried because they don’t see any POST Screen, do not fret. If display cable is connected to eGPU, POST Screen will not be shown (no signal or black screen will be shown), until Desktop is loaded or Windows Login Screen.
