[MyCloud] Why can I not mount a SMBv1 share on Windows 10?
Since 2017, SMBv1 has been disabled in Windows 10. Unless you manually enable this service on your computer, it will not be possible to use SMB on Windows. As an alternative, if you cannot enable SMBv1 on your computer, you could use FTP or the web browser instead to access your files on the MyCloud.
